Emergency Dentistry

Same Day Service

Accidents happen. You could get hit with a ball in the face, or wake up with intense tooth pain. Whatever the case, if there’s blood, a lot of pain, or a missing permanent tooth, we want to know about it.

If a dental emergency should happen, give us a call. We will get you into the office as soon as possible...including on the same day if needed. We want to stop any pain and prevent further damage as early as we can!

Call us any time, even if we’re closed. If we are not in the office, there will be instructions over the phone for what to do while you wait for the office to open.

HOW DO I KNOW IT’S AN EMERGENCY?

Emergencies tend to happen at the least convenient time, which can make a stressful situation worse. In the heat of the moment, it can be hard to know what qualifies as an emergency. Dental emergencies can be:

  • PAIN

  • MISSING TEETH

  • BLEEDING

  • SWELLING

  • DAMAGED TOOTH

If you’re still not sure, give us a call anyway. We are always happy to help, and can let you know if the situation requires urgent attention. We will also give you some tips you can use right away if coming into the office immediately isn’t an option for you.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY?

The very first thing you should do if you or a family member experience severe mouth pain or bleeding is to call your dental office.. We can tell you how to proceed and help you decide if you need an emergency room or a same-day dental appointment.

Again, if we don’t answer, that means we’re not in the office; however, there will be instructions in the phone call for what to do in the meantime.
